Shipping & Returns
Most items will ship within 3 business days. This does not apply to custom orders. Custom orders will ship within 3-5 business days. Please note that during our busy times of the year it may take a bit longer to receive a customized order. If you need an item by a particular date please verify with us that your requested date is achievable.
Orders placed using a money order as form of payment will not be sent out until payments have cleared; this can take up to an additional 5 days after payment is received by us. Please take this into consideration if you need an item by a specific date.
Chrissie’s Custom Creations ships via US Postal Service. If you require us to expedite your shipping you must make prior arrangements and an adjusted invoice reflecting the higher shipping charges will be sent.
Shipping is calculated by weight, please use the "estimate shipping" button in your cart to determine what your shipping costs will be. On the rare occasion a special handling charges may apply to over sized order. We will inform you prior to completing your order if this may be the case.
Please remember that the pre-calculated shipping charge to you and your country is just an estimate. Once your items are packaged and weighed we may either send an additional invoice to cover shipping costs or we will refund the overcharge.

All items will be shipped with a Delivery Confirmation # OR a Customs number. We will forward this number to you once your items have shipped. You can track your package on WWW.USPS.COM and enter the supplied number into the “Tack & Confirm” section of their site.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Chrissie’s Custom Creations works to bring your items to you quickly. If for some reason you need to change or cancel your order it is very important that you email us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to meet your needs, but there is no guarantee that an order that already has been processed can be changed or modified. Once your order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled. If at this point you have changed your mind about your order you will need to process your order as a return. Please refer to our return policy below.
Return Policy
Chrissie’s Custom Creations wants you to be 110% satisfied with your purchase.
Due to the nature of certain items offered we will only accept a return of an item that is in NEW condition, not damaged in anyway and has NOT been worn. We do not accept returns on custom/personalized orders; these orders are final once we begin creating your item. You must contact us prior to returning any item within 7 days of receipt for replacement, repair, or refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To return any merchandise you must first send us an email to obtain a return authorization number.
Payment Information:
For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal. You do not have to have a paypal account nor create one to check out. Simply check out and when you get to the Check out screen, look for this:

We also accept Money Orders. Please note that money orders must be received within 7-10 business days and payment must clear before shipment can be made.
